Time to pump it up! During the next 10 days, you will complete one Toned Arms video per day. Each video is only 5 to 15 minutes of an upper body-focused, arms toning workout. At the end of 10 days, you will feel your arms and shoulders becoming more sculpted, so don’t be surprised if people start to stare.😉 Suggested equipment: Light weights Medium weights Resistance Band with handles (light to medium resistance) Let’s get started!
